Pablo Loredo Jr.

Pablo Loredo, Jr. beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and cherished member of the Harlingen community, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, at the age of 68. He was born on October 5, 1957, to Pablo Loredo and Celia Rivera in Hereford, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Michael Robert Garcia. Pablo lived a life full of love, generosity, and purpose. He was the devoted husband of Ana Maria Loredo for 40 years, a proud father to Joanna Padilla, Julie Annette Loredo, Pablo Loredo III and Eric Loredo (Alyssa Mireles); a loving grandfather to Aaron M. Gomez (Cassandra Chapa), Kimberly E. Elizondo, Josias A. Montalvo, Pablo Alexander Loredo, Vincent Louis Loredo, Nicolas Loredo and Isabella Loredo and a joyful great-grandfather to Adelina M. Gomez. He is also survived by his siblings, Leonor Garcia (Robert), Robert Loredo and Ricardo Loredo (Rosario). Pablo was the proud owner of Trophy Plus, which he founded in 1988. He took pride in recognizing the achievements of others. His work reflected his belief in community spirit and encouragement, and he loved what he did every day. A true social butterfly, Pablo never met a stranger. His warm smile, quick wit, and ability to connect with people made him a friend to many. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, whether through volunteering, mentoring, or simply being there when someone needed support. He found joy in serving others and was a tireless advocate for his community. Whether organizing local events, supporting youth programs, or participating in civic projects, Pablo was always involved and deeply invested in the people around him. He generously sponsored many students in tennis, football, cheerleading, and other sports, helping them reach their goals and feel celebrated. Visitation will begin Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home. A recitation of the holy rosary will be held at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 23, 2025, departing the Rudy Garza Funeral Home at 9:30 AM for a 10:00 AM Mass of Chrisitan Burial at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, interment will follow at Heavenly Grace Cemetery. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Pablo Loredo, III, Eric Loredo, Bobby Loredo. Luis Rios, Manuel Bazan and Aaron Gomez. His legacy of love, laughter, and service will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
