Guadalupe Garcia,90, a resident of Mercedes Texas. He went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, November 24,2020. Guadalupe was born July14,1930 to Juan and Jesusa Mendez Garcia in Ceralvo Mexico. He is survived by his loving family: children: Maribel(Jose)Martinez of Weslaco Texas, Norma Garcia of Houston Texas, Olivia(Lupe)Ybarra of Mercedes Texas, Yvonne Castano of Houston Texas,Raymundo(Josefina)Garcia of Mercedes Texas, Enrique(Rosalinda)Garcia of Houston Texas, Guadalupe(Rosa)Garcia of La Feria Texas,Reynaldo(Annette) Garcia of Mercedes Texas,numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren. 3 brothers: Jose Reyes of Monterrey Mexico, Pedro Garcia of Monterrey Mexico and Kirin Garcia. he is preceded in death by his parents and wife Maria Garcia. Guadalupe was a loving son,brother,husband,father and greatgrandfather, he will be dearly loved and missed by all those he knew. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 25,2020 from 2:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 27,2020 for a 10:00 am Mass at Sacred Heart. We will depart Rudy Garza Chapel of Palms at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Mercedes Texas.Interment will then follow at Mercedes Reslawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction and care of Rudy Garza Palms Funeral Home of La Feria Texas.
