Noe Perez, 53, of Harlingen was called home by the Lord Monday, August 10, 2020. He was born in Raymondville Texas April 9, 1967 to David and Alicia Perez whom have predeceased him. His brother, Matthew Perez also precedes him in death. Noe is survived by his wife Ramona Hernandez; children Austin Perez, Raven Perez, Devin Perez; grandson, Andrew; siblings, David, Dalia, Oralia; nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of friends. Noe was funny, loving, caring, and adored his family. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 16, 2020 at 4:00PM until 8:00PM at Rudy Garza Funeral Home. All funeral services will conclude Sunday night.
