Our History

In 1991, Mr. Rudy Garza, Jr. and family purchased, what was then known as, Loma Linda Cemetery along with several surrounding acres of land and renamed the cemetery Ashland Memorial Park Cemetery due to the many Ash trees that were on the grounds. Mr. Rudy Garza, Jr., sadly, passed away in March of 1997. However; his family and cemetery staff strive, daily, to carry out the many plans that he had for this cemetery.

Circle of Honor

It was the wish of Rudy Garza, Jr. to have a place for veterans to be buried so that they wouldn’t have to travel all the way to Mission. Thus, the Circle of Honor was created.

We invite you to come in and see for yourself how we're revolutionizing the way you think about cemeteries and funeral service. We'll be pleased to welcome you into our inviting offices, and act as your escort as you tour the diverse landscape and memorial properties.  Call us today at (956) 425-2939.
