Susana Esqueda 84, went to be with the Lord Monday, April 18, 2022. She was born August 11, 1937 in Cardenas, San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Jose and Maria Colmenero. Susana leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, George (Helen) Esqueda, Edward (Toni) Esqueda and her daugher, Eliza (Charles) Saunders; 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 5 siblings, Graciano Colmenero, Jose Colmenero, Valentin Colmenero, Jaime Colmenero and Connie Tamayo. After many years of employment she retired from Gorges Foodservice and went on to work at HEB for a few years. Susana was a wonderful and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Visitation will begin Thursday, April 21, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and a rosary will be at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 departing the Rudy Garza Funeral Home at 1:30 PM for a 2:00 PM Mass of Christian burial at Queen of Peace Catholic Church and burial will follow at Restlawn Cemetery.
